CATHOLIC OR NOT CATHOLIC?

You see, there are forces at work hoping to tear down the Church.
The insanity that you are about to read and perhaps discover for the first time, is a sad truth about our society and the lies the beast is attempting to tell.

I’m confused. I’m upset and angry. But mostly I’m saddened. Here’s why to these emotions.
I can’t believe the writer is even calling them women “priests”. That’s not possible. Why? Because Holy Mother Church says so. Why must we continually deal with uneducated people who think the Church is the police? The Church is not the police; the Church is the city planner’s office. And all the Church wants to do is maximize the “road to life” and minimize the “road to death” (see MT parable).
Also I’m confused because the writer, those that commented on the article and my bet is that most who voted in the pole on their website aren’t even Catholic!!! I’m so overjoyed that non-Catholics who don’t agree with ANYTHING the Church teaches, nor consider Apostolic Succession valid in the first place wants to tell the Pope how to run the show. I mean, if people call them Priests (the women), isn’t that an admission of the Truth of Apostolic Succession?? It is these things that confuse a person such as me.
The writer in the article says that the women won’t reveal the names of the Bishops that have “ordained” them. Funny. How amazing that they want to be Priests and yet they are unwilling to be obedient to the Church, which is part of a valid Ordination. Hmm. These things confuse me.
And I must put this in here, because it is important to see the ignorance with which people attack the Church. One commenter wrote:
“Who cares, the Catholic Church is dying anyways so again, who cares? At least the woman will not be molesting young boys like the male priests are known to do. Arrest Karl Rove Now!!!!”
SERIOUSLY!!!!! (I know using all caps is bad form but) SERIOUSLY!!!!!! Hey, let’s ask this guy which denomination he goes to and look up the stats. My guess is that compared to the less than ½ of 1% of Catholic Priests in the United States committing such terrible acts, there’s probably 10-15% of his denominations leaders engaging in acts similar or more disgusting. Perhaps we should also address his statement that the Church is dying despite the significant growth the Church is experiencing for simply preaching the Truth.
Come on, at least know your facts and get a brain before you comment on stuff like this. These are the arguments people give as to why the hate the Church. The Truth is they don’t hate the Church, they hate what the media says about the Church.
Second, I’m upset and angry. These women, of whom I have nothing against, want to be Priests of the Catholic Church, and yet deny Catholic teaching!!!! WHY?? They are not out to shepherd the people of God, they are out for selfish pursuits to control people. They simply want to create drama.
Have you ever met a Priest who loves the Church? I know tons of them. They would do nothing to hurt the people of God, and do anything and everything to led people to Christ. These women have lost sight of that in their own selfish pursuits.
Lastly, I’m saddened. I’m sad because there are people buying this crap by the bushel. There are people who will go to a building in which some bread is handed out, which these ladies will mistakenly call Church and Mass, and they’ll buy into it. They think they are part of the New Catholic Church. They’ll believe their confessions are valid, and that the bread is really Jesus. This is sad.
I sometimes struggle to show Charity to those that maliciously attack the Church because they don’t’ understand it, or because the Church’s teachings are too tough to swallow. Rather than be obedient, which Jesus Christ called us to be, these folks say the Church is a bad organization whose participants are going to Hell (which Jesus said not to say).
However in this case, I pray for Mercy. I pray for the souls of those women who believe the lies of he who must be named. I pray that any ladies reading this and other articles would be open to the Truth that you are loved as a Child of God with dignity and beauty imprinted by God.
I pray for our Church. That our leaders would have the strength and courage to stand up against these attacks and handle these situations with Grace and love.
MT 18:6 says, “…but whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble, it would be better for him to have a heavy millstone hung around his neck, and to be drowned in the depth of the sea…”
I wonder if one of these ladies will ever preach on that Gospel.

lol Louis @ the boat and bed sheets. I think your right. I had to look close at the bed sheets though… I’m still not sure about that one.
I loved how they “rejected the excommunication” by the Vatican’s Congregation of the Doctrine of Faith, because we all know that since they “rejected it” it really holds no weight now.

Devanie, that is exactly the point. How can they say they are “Catholic Priests” and yet deny the Magisterial decrees? That’s like saying I want to be a human but I don’t need this brain. Thanks for your great comment!!!
