I know that I am sort of a know-it-all.  It has been that way for as long as I can remember.  I just want to make one comment today and then I'll shut up.

When you want to make your English text look "Greekish" because of a restaurant, a Greek theme, or a television show. . .

YOU CANNOT USE AN "S" AS AN "E".

I see it all the time.  An English G, English R, Greek Sigma, Greek Sigma, English K.  It looks cute.

"Oh, look, honey, they're writing in Greek.  How lovely."

Well, not, quite.  They've mangled two languages.  Even if you begrudge the English letters G,R, and K, you still have two sigmas in between.  So they've spelled "Grssk".  Congratulations.  Too bad a Greek E (epsilon) looks like an English E.

Just say no, people.
